This Privacy Policy explains how Rogue Planetz, developed by Hussein Ali Fawaz, handles information when you use the Rogue Planetz mobile application ("Rogue Planetz," "the App," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Information We Collect

Rogue Planetz is designed so that we do not directly collect or store personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, account information, or precise location.

Your game progress, scores, settings, and other gameplay information are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us or stored on our servers.

However, Rogue Planetz uses third-party advertising services that may collect certain information from or about your device in order to provide, measure, and improve advertisements.

Information collected by Google AdMob

Rogue Planetz uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display interstitial and rewarded advertisements.

Depending on your device settings, consent choices, applicable privacy laws, and the configuration of Google's advertising services, AdMob may collect or process information including:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate general or coarse location;
• Device identifiers and advertising identifiers, where permitted;
• Information about advertisements displayed to you and your interactions with advertisements;
• App and device information;
• Performance and diagnostic information, such as crash and performance data; and
• Information about interactions with the App, such as ad views and related interactions.

Google may use this information to provide, measure, personalize, and improve advertising, maintain and improve its services, detect fraud and invalid activity, and perform related advertising and measurement functions.

Google's collection and use of information is governed by Google's own privacy policies and terms.

2. Personalized Advertising and Tracking

Rogue Planetz uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and Google's consent tools to provide users with choices regarding advertising-related data use.

Where required, Rogue Planetz asks for permission before allowing applicable tracking or access to Apple's advertising identifier.

If you do not grant tracking permission, certain personalized advertising and advertising measurement functionality may be limited. You may still receive advertisements, including non-personalized advertisements.

Your advertising and privacy choices may also be managed through the consent options presented by Google and through your device's privacy settings.

3. Consent and Privacy Choices

Rogue Planetz uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present applicable privacy and consent choices.

Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may be asked to provide or decline consent for certain uses of information for advertising and related purposes.

You may change or withdraw applicable consent through the privacy choices provided within the App, where available, or through relevant device settings.

Withdrawing consent does not necessarily mean that no information will be processed. Certain information may continue to be processed when necessary to provide non-personalized advertising, maintain security, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

Rogue Planetz uses the following third-party service:

Used to display and measure interstitial and rewarded advertisements.

Google may collect and process information as described above. Google's handling of information is subject to Google's applicable privacy policies.

5. Data Storage and Retention

We do not operate a server or database that stores your Rogue Planetz gameplay information.

Game scores, settings, and progress that are maintained by the App are stored locally on your device.

Information processed by Google through its advertising services may be retained by Google according to Google's applicable policies, legal obligations, and retention practices. We do not control Google's retention periods.

If you uninstall Rogue Planetz, locally stored App data may be removed by the operating system according to Apple's applicable behavior and settings.

6. Data Deletion

Because Rogue Planetz does not maintain a user account or store your gameplay information on our servers, we do not have a separate account or gameplay database from which we can delete your information.

You can remove locally stored App data by deleting the App from your device, subject to Apple's operating-system behavior.

Information collected or processed by Google AdMob is handled by Google. Requests concerning information held by Google should be directed to Google through its available privacy tools and policies.

7. Children's Privacy

Rogue Planetz is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

Rogue Planetz does not require users to create an account or provide personal information to play the game.

Advertising and consent settings may vary depending on the user's age, location, device settings, and applicable legal requirements.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information under our control. Because Rogue Planetz does not maintain a server containing player accounts or gameplay data, we do not maintain a separate database of player personal information.

Third-party services used by the App, including Google, are responsible for the security of information they process in accordance with their own policies and practices.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Rogue Planetz, our advertising services, applicable laws, or our privacy practices.

When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.
